My story

My name is Daniel Zapletal – Executive Search and Technical Recruitment Specialist. The start of my recruitment career was in 2005 at a leading multinational English company, where I gained key expertise in talent acquisition and successfully connected top talent with many industry leaders. Within two years, I played a pivotal role in establishing recruitment processes for Mercedes Benz CR and Mercedes Benz Financial Services CR.

In 2010, I founded Zapletal Partners s.r.o., which initially provided accounting, consulting, education, and executive search services to leading domestic and international firms. Over time, the company shifted its focus to recruitment, where I was personally responsible for development of its expert talent search services for a wide range of industries.

In 2024, the recruitment division of Zapletal Partners evolved into Zapletal Recruitment, which specialises in the recruitment of senior executives and technical experts for companies across the globe.
